How much does shipping cost?
GOURMET offers free ground service shipping within the Continental U.S. (Hawaii and Alaska orders are charged $35). For an additional fee, GOURMET offers FED EX 2nd Day Air service. Customers are responsible for 2nd Day Air shipping costs and can select this option in their online shopping at the time of purchase. Please see "Shipping" regarding payment of Customs and Duties on Internatioanl shipping.
When will my order arrive?
Please allow 5 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 7-10 business days for delivery.

I placed a successful order but why didn’t I receive a confirmation email yet?
During high-traffic periods, there may be a small delay in delivery of confirmation emails. If you have not received an email after 1 hour, please check your junk mail folder. If you think you entered an incorrect email, please contact info@gourmetfootwear.com with your order number and last name and we will re-send your confirmation.
My Credit Card was Declined
If your credit card declines your bank can hold the funds for 3-10 business days. To release the funds please contact your bank administrator. If you card does decline please know that we are not holding your funds, your bank is.
Please call your bank directly as we cannot help you with this issue. We would like to help, but we have no control over your bank provider
Return Policy
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your GOURMET purchase, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of the date on your receipt. Please contact us directly at, info@gourmetfootwear.com to coordinate your exchange and/or refund. We will gladly exchange your product for an item of equal or greater value.
All shoes must be returned in their original condition, in the original box, along with a copy of the invoice. Customers will be responsible for shipping back to GOURMET. GOURMET will ship the replacement to you at no cost. Please send your return to:

Shipping
Free shipping is offered for domestic orders shipped within the Continental United States (Hawaii and Alaska orders are charged $35). Orders are shipped via FED EX Ground service and are shipped out the next business day after payment is processed. Please note that FED EX does not deliver to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes. All Customs and Duties fees are payable by the Customer. Failure to pay Duties and Cusotms will result in an additional charge to your credit card.
Please allow 5 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 7-10 business days for delivery. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. All shipments are insured and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.

GOURMET Footwear is required by State and Federal laws to charge sales tax on products and shipping charges of products shipped within the State of California.
International Orders:
We are able to fill all international orders at this time. Customer will be responsible for shipping, customs and duties on all orders outside of the Continental US (Hawaii & Alaska)
